TRAINING

My Root is My Strength and My Identity.

"My Root is My Strength and My Identity" is a program created by Psychologist Dircelena Martins Landim, founder of Alma Viva Psy, which works on the relationship between identity, roots, life history, emotional well-being and building a personal and professional path with greater awareness.

It was born from a reality I often encounter in the migrant community and diaspora: people who have learned to adapt, work, take care of their families and survive in a new country, but who, along the way, have left parts of themselves behind.

Our history should not be a prison. When understood, it can become a source of strength, identity and direction.
