Alma Viva Psy lectures are moments of awareness-raising, information and reflection on topics related to psychological health, prevention, well-being and human development.

They are aimed at schools, companies, associations, institutions, families and the community. Each lecture is adapted to the audience, the context and the needs of the organisation requesting the intervention.
